Who We Serve

Blooming Bridges Foundation serves children with diverse needs and the parents, caregivers, and families who support them.

We help families navigate disability, neurodiversity, developmental needs, education, healthcare, community resources, transportation, and the challenges of coordinating care and services.

What We Offer at Opening

Blooming Bridges Foundation will be a welcoming, community-centered place where families can find connection, resources, guidance, and support—all in one place

Our goal is simple: no family should have to navigate it all alone.

FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM

Offering guidance, education, advocacy, and emotional support to families as they navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of raising children with diverse needs with a particular strength in serving those on the autism and neurodiversity spectrum.

COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS SUPPORTS

Promoting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of individuals and families through personalized, holistic services, support groups, and resources designed to foster resilience and overall wellness.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT

Building meaningful partnerships with schools and community organizations is essential to fostering inclusion and strengthening the communities we serve.

At the Blooming Bridges Foundation, we believe that children and families with diverse needs, including  those within the Autism and neurodiversity spectrum, deserve safe, supportive spaces, where they can process their experiences, express the emotions and develop resilience.

Through our ongoing commitment to cultivating and strengthening, community partnerships, we work to bridge gaps, increase access to support, and create more inclusive environments where every child and family feels understood, valued, and empowered to thrive.

TECHNOLOGY

Assisting families with processing applications, as well as assisting through advocating conversations with local schools, and medical professionals to bridge the gap between services and tools needed and provided.

Along with assisting with the initial application process, we will offer Financial Assistance for deductibles for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) along with speech generating devices for nonverbal individuals; while also providing monthly, or yearly subscriptions to select learning programs for children, including communication apps and adaptive technology as funding allows.

SENSORY & DEVELOPMENT

Blooming Bridges Foundation  is committed to supporting individuals with diverse sensory, developmental, and adaptive needs by helping reduce barriers to comfort, accessibility, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Through education, resources, sensory, friendly activities, individualized, resource navigation, adaptive, equipment, assistance, and Family Support, we strive to create opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities to thrive.

Our program recognizes that every individual experiences and interacts with the world differently. We are dedicated to honoring those differences by helping individuals and families, access, practical tools, supportive, environments, and community resources that promote inclusion, personal growth, and quality of life.

We believe families deserve access to support that strengthens relationships, encourages healing, and helps everyone feel seen, valued, and understood.

* PARENT DATE NIGHTS:

Providing trusted, compassionate care for children so parents and caregivers can take time to recharge, strengthen their relationship, and prioritize their own well-being. (Coming soon)

* PARENTAL SUPERVISED VISITATION SERVICES:

Providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for families participating in supervised visitation during times of transition or as required by court order. (Coming soon)

* L.I.N.K. (Loving Individuals, Nurturing Kindness) Support Group: 

They say it takes a village to raise a child. We believe every caregiver needs a tribe. LINK was created to give parents and families a welcoming place to connect, share experiences, ask questions, and feel supported.  You can register for L.I.N.K. up at top of the page.
